Internal Load Balancer Configration

Newly deployed OpenShift clusters can be configured to to create internal/external load balancers using Google Cloud’s load balancer service. Internal load balancers can be configured in [internal_lb.yaml](https://docs.sw.siemens.com/documentation/external/PL20260212925461721/en-US/graph_studio/attachments/internal_lb.yaml.txt).
