Node Pool Creation

It is recommended to create three node pools in order to run dynamic cloud location-based deployments on the OpenShift cluster. They are:

• AnzoGraph node pool
• Dynamic node pool
• Operator node pool

Node Pool Tuning Configuration

The dynamic node pool requires some OS-level tuning for underlying worker nodes.

The sample file [nodepool-tuner.yaml](https://docs.sw.siemens.com/documentation/external/PL20260212925461721/en-US/graph_studio/attachments/nodepool-tuner.yaml.txt) provides nodepool-specific configurations.

To create node pool machinesets, save the files as .yaml files on your workstation and then run the following command:

./oc apply -f .yaml

where oc is the OpenShift command line client downloaded on the workstation.
